It provides a forum for presenting and discussing the latest innovations, results and developments in cyber networks, pervasive systems, cloud environments, enterprise and IT related to service management. The conference provides a forum for ICT professionals engaged in research and development to share ideas, interact with others, present their latest works, and strengthen the collaboration among academics, researcher and professionals. It is a single track, highly- selective conference attended by foremost experts in this area from academia, industry and government. You can see our past conference information <a href=\"https:\/\/citsm.id\/citsm.id\/citsm2020\/past-conferences\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Last conference (CITSM <a href=\"http:\/\/citsm.id\/citsm.id\/citsm2019\/\">2019<\/a>) proceeding has been published on IEEE Xplore.The CITSM Proceeding previously (<a href=\"http:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/xpl\/mostRecentIssue.jsp?punumber=7031545\">2014<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/xpl\/mostRecentIssue.jsp?punumber=7562830\">2016<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/search\/searchresult.jsp?newsearch=true&amp;queryText=2017%205th%20International%20Conference%20on%20Cyber%20and%20IT%20Service%20Management\">2017<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/xpl\/conhome\/8671677\/proceeding\">2018<\/a>) is also indexed by Scopus.
