About us
CITSM 2022 is the 10th annual Conference in the general area of Cyber and ITSM
It provides a forum for presenting and discussing the latest innovations, results and developments in cyber networks, pervasive systems, cloud environments, enterprise and IT related to service management. The conference provides a forum for ICT professionals engaged in research and development to share ideas, interact with others, present their latest works, and strengthen the collaboration among academics, researcher and professionals. It is a single track, highly- selective conference attended by foremost experts in this area from academia, industry and government.
The last conference (CITSM 2021) proceeding has been published on IEEE Xplore. The all the CITSM Proceeding previously ( 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021) is also indexed by Scopus.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
This year, together with Frontiers, we also calls for participation in our Research Topic: Recent Innovations on Applied Technology in Education, with participating journals Frontiers in Education (Q2) and Frontiers in Computer Science
(Q1).

CITSM has been organized by the ITSM Forum together with Department of Informatics and Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Science and Technology, State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

The first Virtual conference
CITSM 2020 hosted as the first fully virtual conference that year, which will be held via the Zoom event platform during the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. It continue to a hybrid mode on 2021.
STAY CONNECTED
The pandemic has simply made it possible for us to enter a world through technology. It is not always a terrible thing, rather to be a unique chance. Through CITSM we can cross space and, to some extent, time to engage in the technological ideas we find so useful.

Pre-Conference or workshops are full-day or half-day learning sessions that take place prior to the CITSM 2022 Conference. Join colleagues and experts for an opportunity to discuss important and timely CITSM 2022 topics and in depth
to get your research published in high quality. Due to the government policy of imposing limits to social gatherings, this event will be conducted in a virtual mode using the Zoom Webinar and live broadcast via YouTube.

As a conference of series on IT, CITSM accept certain scope that related to our topics, in this session we will unveiled and explain thoroughly about the scope, So you can choose more carefully before submitting your paper to our conference.
Discussion on our conference theme
CITSM raises topics related to the latest studies in the IT field. In this Pre-conference, we will invite several experts to discuss the topic that is the research area of CITSM. The presentation will be formed in a zoom breakout room so that the discussion becomes more focused.

For authors whose papers were accepted at CITSM, we provide support in the form of guidelines to make it easier to examine papers according to the direction of the reviewer. We believe, this method is also beneficial for the participants for them to publish their work on other occasions.
