Registration

To be published in the CITSM 2022 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For an author with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for 1 paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the CITSM 2022 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

All payments made via wire transfer and check must be received 3 days after your registration is made. If not your registration will be canceled.

1. The Payment is non-refundable.
2. If you transfer the payment via ATM or E-Banking, you must enter the last 3 digits of paper ID as reference number and keep it as a proof of payment
3. There will be additional fees ($10/page) if your paper is more than 6 pages, and please be sure that your paper is not more than 10 pages.
